My dear friends in Christ Jesus Our Lord,
As the cooler temperatures remind us of past and upcoming seasons of Thanksgiving, I am giving thanks for the people of St. Johns UMC! If you were present for this last Sundays Childrens Sabbath services, then, you too, have been blessed and impressed by the young children leading us so ably in worship!
What a tremendous worship experience we shared as we acknowledged the needs and suffering of so many of Gods little ones, right here in our own community. How profound the message became as we witnessed the beauty of an infant baptism, children reading Gods Word to us, Gods people; children leading us in prayer, children singing Gods praises and children leading us in all aspects of the liturgy!
