Jarvis Construction, Inc. began in 1984 specializing in garages and room additions in the Low Country. In 2004, we expanded and moved locations to become a fullfledged design-build company including small residential projects. It is a family-based company that continues to run the same way it has from day one. Since then, we have built hundreds of projects in Dorchester, Charleston, Berkeley, Colleton and Orangeburg Counties.

Customer satisfaction is our top-priority. Projects are built on the job using materials supplied by local vendors, as opposed to packaged kits. Most of the designs have come from an accumulation of customer ideas throughout the years and now from our on-staff designer, trained in architectural design. We have a garage in Summerville you can see and some of our customers will proudly share their garages with you. Our photo book has several designs. We also provide personalized service to help custom build a garage or other projects to fit your needs.
