The New Patient Experience
From your very first visit you will notice a difference in the way we practice dentistry. Typically your initial visit will include a private meeting with Dr. Smith to ensure that your specific needs, goals and concerns are addressed from the beginning of our relationship. Your overall periodontal health will be evaluated, any restorative dentistry that is required will be noted and necessary x-rays will be taken. You may then be invited back for a treatment consultation, or appointed for any necessary treatment. We strive to make every patient feel like a part of our family.

Our experienced team continues to stay on the cutting edge of dentistry. Through continuing education seminars, lectures and study groups, we maintain a current working knowledge of what todays dentistry has to offer our patients.
Sterilization and Privacy
At Dr. Smith’s office we comply with local, state, and federal guidelines for equipment sterilization, so you can rest assured that your health and safety are our first priority. In addition the office continues to maintain privacy standards according to HIPAA guidelines so that your health concerns are kept confidential between yourself and the professionals treating you.
Insurance / Payment Options
Although dental insurance is not intended to pay for dental procedures in their entirety it can be helpful for many people. Dental insurance is an agreement between the insurance carrier and the subscriber. As a service to you our office will file your primary dental insurance carrier claims and will accept assignment of your insurance payment. The estimated co-payment (fee minus estimated insurance payment) is due at the time the services are rendered. This means that you are responsible for your deductible and the portion the insurance does not cover. Any outstanding insurance claim sixty days after the date of treatment being rendered is the patients responsibility and is due in full at that time. Our office accepts Visa and Mastercard. We also have long term payment options available for larger dental cases that include six and twelve months interest free financing and payment plans that can be financed for up to four years. We strive to do whatever possible to help you make your dream smile a reality.
