Pioneer Services is a locally owned and operated Termite & Pest Control Company with over 25 years of experience in the industry. We are fully licensed and insured to perform pest control & termite treatments in North & South Carolina. We are licensed to provide inspections & reports for real estate transactions, (referred to as CL-100's in SC and WDIR's in NC). We are active members of the National and State Pest Management Associations, Greater York Chamber of Commerce and Lake Wylie Chamber of Commerce.

At Pioneer, our goal is to provide our customers with a discreet, professional service at a fair price. No flashy, "attention grabbing" bug trucks, no unnecessary hype, just a safe, effective, professional service.

Pioneer is dedicated to providing "safe and effective" treatments to homes and businesses. Our employees continually attend training provided by the Clemson Extension Service and the National, State and Local Pest Management Associations. The emphasis on training allows us to stay on "the cutting edge" of newer, safer, low odor,"less invasive" and more effective technologies.

Pioneer serves Rock Hill, York, Ft. Mill, Clover, Lake Wylie, Sharon, Hickory Grove, Blacksburg, Union, Lancaster, Chester and points beyond. In North Carolina we serve Charlotte, Gastonia, Belmont, Cramerton, Shelby and points beyond.

Pioneer Services employees are thoroughly trained in all areas of Termite & Pest Control. We are specialists in tough roach control situations, restaurants and food handling facilities.
Eric Neigenfind completed the Master Termite Training Course through Clemson University Extension Service. Eric's knowledge and training in termite work brings competence and professionalism to our Termite Department.

Pioneer is an active member of The National Pest Management Association, South Carolina Pest Control Association, Greater York Chamber of Commerce and Lake Wylie Chamber of Commerce.
