Brian L. Boger is an attorney and founder of the Law Offices of Brian L. Boger in Columbia, South Carolina. His practice focuses on real estate and consumer law, wills and probate.
In 2001, he began assisting consumers in legal actions against predatory lending. Brian is a member of the National Association of Consumer Advocates (NACA). NACA is a nationwide organization of more than 1000 attorneys who represent and have represented hundreds of thousands of consumers victimized by fraudulent, abusive and predatory business practices.

Brian has been practicing law since he was admitted to the bar in 1976. After working with a local firm for three years, he began his own practice. Although Brian continued to work in all areas of civil litigation, it was during the early years of his private practice that he began to focus on real estate law and handling residential closings for consumers. The South Carolina law is unique because lawyers represent consumers at the real estate closing.
His practice focuses on real estate and consumer law, wills and probate.
Since 1997, Brian has hosted a radio program on WVOC entitled “Talk Legal.”
Brian has been married to Ellie Boger, formerly Ellie Russell, from the Northern Virginia area for 30 years. The couple has three children.

Since October 1997 Brian has hosted a weekly talk show on WVOC 560AM, here in Columbia.
The show is an education program dedicated to all areas of the law. Topics include consumer law, criminal law, wills, real estate, title insurance, medicine, workers compensation, divorce, personal injury, and more.
Talk Legal offers an interactive format making it a great opportunity to speak with Brian and his guests. Brian invites attorneys and professionals considered to be the best in their field. Guests include lawyers, magistrates, surveyors, clerk of courts, and many others. It is an interesting hour of legal chat and education.
