This site is dedicated to providing the help for disabled people that they so desperately need but have difficulty finding. On this site you will find a questionnaire under the "client contact" section which will, when filled out and submitted, come directly to me so I can assist you in your disability claim whether it is SSDI (what people think of as disability) or SSI which is a supplemental disability for certain qualifying people. You will find answers to your questions about applying for disability and the process a claim goes through before being decided. You will also find links to answers about your specific medical condition. If your medical condition is not listed, please let me know and I will do the research and get the information to you and put it on this site. Also on this site are links to specialists in your field of disability. This site is also dedicated to helping those who may have been injured through a work accident, car accident, medical malpractice, or another type of injury. You will find links to specialists for your injuries, attorneys in your field of injury, and if you are disabled, as noted above, the way to contact me for representation in your disability claim and the process your claim will go through. I will constantly be updating this site so come back often. If there is something you want to know but can't find, simply contact me and I will answer your questions or do whatever research you may need in order to provide you the information you seek.

I am a Legal Nurse Consultant who is capable of reading your medical records for you, summarizing them in whatever fashion you desire, and providing you a synopsis of the medical problems and symptoms experienced by your clients. I am able to tell you what side effects your clients probably are experiencing and side effects your clients may experience but which may be less common. For example, anyone taking a narcotic pain killer is in all probability going to experience drowsiness, however, not everyone will experience delusions or hallucinations from that same medication. Some will, some won't. I can list for you the most common side effects, the less common side effects, the unusual side effects, and even some idiosyncratic side effects of medications. I will provide this service to anyone representing a disabled person; a person injured and needing help with a Workers' Compensation claim; personal injury claims; medical malpractice claims; and any other injurious claim that may arise. You will find a link in the Attorney contact box in which you can give me whatever information you need me to provide for you. If you prefer chronological summaries, summaries by facility, or summaries by medical problem, all you need to do is tell me what type of summary/synopsis you desire and I will provide it for you. If you desire additional information regarding medication side effects or other types of information, simply tell me what you want and I'll provide it. If you don't know what you want or need, tell me that, too. Knowing the type of case you are handling will tell me the information you need and I can provide you with the best option(s) for your case.
