My name is Greg Sexton, and I am the surgeon at Capital Plastic Surgery. Although I am a Board Certified Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon, I now perform predominantly cosmetic surgery, and less and less reconstructive surgery. I perform all types of cosmetic surgery on the face and body, so you can feel comfortable calling our office regardless of what it is you are wanting to accomplish. Having said that, we have seen the practice shift to predominantly breast and abdominal surgery over the past five years. I still perform facelifts, eyelid surgery, etc., but we now perform a larger number of breast augmentations, lifts, reductions, and abominoplasties. Because of the shift toward cosmetic surgery, we are now catering more to cosmetic patients. What does that mean to you? It means we spend less time on the phone with insurance companies, and more time with you. It means we use the most up to date modalities that are proven to be beneficial, and we have recently added a 3D imaging systemwhich allows you to see what you might look like with different sized breast implants. If you call my office requesting breast augmentation, we will usually get you into the office within the week, because we know that once you make the decision to have breast augmentation, you want it done quickly. If you just want to see what you might look like with breast implants, call the office and tell us you want the 3D imaging, and we can do that at no charge, and you do not have to see me.

We want to help you feel better about yourself. We prides ourselves on listening to patients, and understanding what they want, even if they are not sure exactly what it is they want. We will do everything we can to accomplish the result patients want, as long as we feel it is safe. If a patient wants an unobtainable result, we will be honest and tell them we cannot do what they want. We want our patients to be satisfied and happy.
