All Pro Improvements, Inc. insurance coverages include Workers Compensation Insurance, and General Liability Insurance. Our insurance coverage reduces your risk in doing business with our company. If a worker is hurt, you cannot be sued. If your home or building is damaged, our $300,000 coverage should be enough to make the repairs or replacement as needed!

We do sub-contract our Roofing and Gutter work, otherwise the worker working on your home is well know to our company. Companys using temporary employees, or sub-contracting the work, cannot assure you of your valuables safety, nor can they assure you of the workmanship on your home. You can feel safe working with our company. The sub-contractors we do use (See above) have been sub-contacting with our company for several years, and have passed our inspections repeatedly.

All Pro Improvements, Inc. is Bonded with the highest bond available for our licensing. The State of SC, City of Columbia, Town of Forest Acres, and anywhere else that may require a bond of us. A bonded company has been investigated, and if satisfactorily passes the investigation, is issued the bond requested for that municipality. You really are dealing with a professional company, and not a fly by night organization.
