Dr. Fouad Allouch
Dr. Fouad Allouch has been practicing optometry since 2001 in Myrtle Beach. He is the head optometrist for multidisciplinary offices focusing on total patient eye care in regards to primary care optometry and LASIK laser eye surgery co-management. He implemented LASIK co-management in 2002 and introduced Optomap Retinal Exam into main practice in 2004.
Dr. Allouch received his medical training at the Indiana University School of Optometry. He did clinical externships with the Hudson Valley Medical Center (Westchester, NY), Aran Eye Associates (Miami, FL) and Perry Point Veterans Hospital. He received his B.A. in Chemistry and minors in Math and Biology from the University of Kentucky as an Otis A. Singletary Scholar award winner.
Dr. Allouch is a member of the South Carolina Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association. He is fluent in Arabic and is able to perform a Spanish eye exam. His hobbies include reading, sports, travel and investing.

Dr. Walt Bogart
Dr. Walt Bogart has been practicing Ophthalmology for 18 years. He is Board Certified and a Member in Good Standing of the American Academy of Ophthalmology. He has practiced in the Columbia area for over 16 years.
Dr. Bogart received his medical training at Baylor College of Medicine. He did his Internship at Tripler Army Medical Center in Honolulu, Hawaii. His Residency in Ophthalmology was in Washington D.C. at Walter Reed Army Medical Center.
Dr. Bogart has served his country in both the Army and the Air Force. During the Vietnam Conflict he was a Helicopter Pilot. After medical school he served as both a General Medical Officer (prior to his residency training) and as Chief Ophthalmologist at Ft. Jackson, South Carolina. He currently serves as a flight surgeon, & Lt. Col. with the 169 Medical Squadron out of McEntire with the South Carolina National Guard.
