Family Practice Clinic at FirstChoice Healthcare
Our family practice department evaluates and treats all aspects of primary health from general yearly physical examinations to high blood pressure, diabetes, arthritis and more. We provide medical care for all ages including well baby examinations and womens yearly examination. We strive to provide our patients with the quality and friendly health care that you need and deserve. Our office is open late for those individuals who work and find it difficult to make it to doctors visits during normal business hours.

Since injuries and illnesses do not occur on your schedule, The Urgent Care Center at FirstChoice Healthcare is open late and on Saturdays to better serve you. For your convenience, FirstChoice Healthcare provides care of non-life-threatening injuries and illnesses that require immediate or urgent medical attention. Before the Urgent Care Center of FirstChoice Healthcare opened in December 2003, people in the Pee Dee had no other choice but to go to the hospital emergency room and wait. Now FirstChoice Healthcare has assembled a friendly caring team of health care professionals to handle your urgent medical needs quickly and effectively.
