Each pizza uses cheese produced by America's oldest cheesemaker. Grande Cheese Co. uses milk they produce with NO growth hormone or steroids added. Our sauce is homemade using additive free and preservative free products. TJ's uses only FRESH dough that is made with 100% extra virgin olive oil - that means NO TRANS FATS! We hand make our dough in the shop and slow rise each batch in our walk-in cooler for 3 days before it is used to build your pizza. We take the extra time and effort, and spend the extra dime, because we can taste the difference and we know you can too.
TJ's Take & Bake Pizza will have your pizza ready for take out when you are ready to pick it up. For your added convenience, Express Restaurant Delivery provides our delivery service after 5 p.m. Please call 785-7155 for delivery (delivery charges apply) to place your order for delivery or call us directly for quick pick up at our convenient south end location.
