Mr. Low has been a member of the South Carolina Bar since 2002 and his practice focuses on the areas of real estate, wills, trusts & estates and business matters.
Mr. Low was born in Charleston, SC and was raised and resides in Mt. Pleasant. He is a 94 graduate of Wando High School, received a BA in Political Science - College of Charleston 98 and JD - University of South Carolina School of Law 02. After clerking for the Honorable Edward B. Cottingham, Mr. Low has been heavily engaged in the areas of his current practice with an emphasis in real estate. Since 2004 he has presided over more than 3000 property and loan closings.
Mr. Low is a member of several civic organizations including the East Cooper Breakfast Rotary Club and strives to be a valuable resource for the Greater Charleston Community. His wife Kathleen works at the College of Charleston and together they are the proud parents of two daughters.

The Low Law Firm is located at 1459 Stuart Engals Boulevard, Suite 201 in Mount Pleasant. The office is in The Oaks Business Center. Stuart Engals Blvd. is the road that runs between Bowman Rd. and Wando Crossing Shopping Center (home of Wal-Mart, Office Depot, Circuit City, TJ Maxx, etc.)
From I-526 Mark Clark Expressway: First traffic light in Mt. Pleasant turn left on to Bowman Road then take immediate left on to Stuart Engals Blvd.
From Downtown: Take Hwy 17 N from bridge. 6th traffic light is Bowman Road (East Cooper Hospital, McDonalds, Arbys intersection) Turn right on to Bowman Road. Go through next traffic light and turn left on to Stuart Engals Blvd.
Taking 17 S: Turn left at traffic light for Wando Crossing Shopping Center (light before Mark Clark overpass of 17) then turn right on to Stuart Engals Blvd.
