After due consideration by management, effective July 1, 2010, The Commercial Bank will no longer participate in the Transaction Account Guarantee Program (TAG) and thus any funds held in noninterest-bearingtransaction accounts willnot beguaranteed in full under the TAG Program. However, deposits will be insured up to the $250,000 limitation under the FDIC general deposit insurance guidelines.
