In the fall of 2004, Teri Ostrom along with her husband, Charles Ostrom, introduced Artwerx Framing & Galleria to Mt. Pleasant and the Lowcountry. Teri has been involved with the custom picture framing and gift industry for nearly 20 years. Her experience in art and graphic design has been instrumental to her success in the custom picture framing business.
Teri earned a degree in Art from Northern Illinois University which provided the foundation to build her extensive background in art, home decor and interior design. Her creative talents and expertise as a professional picture framer/design consultant are rapidly becoming well-known in the Mt. Pleasant/Charleston area. As a a former Account Executive for Enesco Corporation, one of the world's largest giftware and home decor companies, she gained extensive knowledge of several different product lines. Teri regularly attends industry trade shows and gift markets such as the Professional Picture Framers Association Convention, Atlanta Gift Mart and Las Vegas World Market which helps her stay abreast of the latest framing techniques and identify the latest trends in home decor.
Artwerx Framing & Galleria is a proud member of the Professional Picture Framers Association (PPFA) - An international trade association providing advanced educational workshops and support for the art and framing industry.
