When you use your HCSB debit card at any HCSB ATM, you will never receive a charge. Now, you can use your HCSB Debit Card at any ATM and we'll refund any charges you receive from the other bank.
Just bring in your ATM receipt showing a charge from another financial institution and we'll refund the charge. It's that easy!

One less thing to worry about!

Everyone makes mistakes sometimes, but they should not cost you. If you accidentally overdraw your HCSB checking account, we'll refund one Insufficient Funds/Overdraft Item Charge each year. Just bring your notice or statement within 30 days showing where you have been charged an Insufficient Funds/Overdraft Item Charge, and we'll refund the charge one time each year!
