[ ] Change in urination (amount of frequency)
[ ] Change in water consumption
[ ] Confusion or disorientation
[ ] Constipation, diarrhea, or vomiting

[ ] Heavy or rapid breathing test

[ ] Lethargy or depression
[ ] Lumps or bumps on or under the skin
