We have been improving commercial and residential site construction since 1969.
Our latest edition to our company is the Extec C-12+ Crusher. This machine can process up to 3000 tons of concrete or asphalt in one 10 hour day. It has all of the features of the C-10 concrete crusher with one major upgrade on the jaw size and crusher box opening. The air quality is controlled by a series of six spray nozzles on the discharge belt and can be fed by a standard ¾ hose. The unit is totally mobile and can be controlled by remote control. There is a magnet that excludes the welded wire fabric that is often encountered during the processing of the material. When utilized with the Nordberg Screen Plant, our crushed concrete complies with Section 305 of the SCDOT Standard Specifications for Highway Construction. Please contact us via e-mail or telephone during the hours of 7:30 AM and 5:00 PM Monday through Thursday and 7:30 AM and 3:00 PM on Friday. We service the tri-county area of Charleston , Berkeley and Dorchester in South Carolina . The operation is mobilized in two moves (not including the Nordberg Screen Plant) and can be placed on the job within one day's notice (upon receipt of mobilization).
The cost to crush concrete is site specific and can be negotiable if the concrete is retained for our use.
The Nordberg Screen Plant can be utilized to properly grade material crushed for SCDOT gradations on highway base course. The screen plant can also be used for sifting topsoil, structural fill with gradation tolerances, and to blend certain aggregates with roadway fill for sub-grade reinforcement.
