Ron Murray, owner and senior executive chef of Beyond Expectations Catering, is the former director of operations and general manager for five locally-owned and operated restaurants in the Mt. Pleasant area.
He has more than twenty years of experience in the hospitality industry at well-known 5-star, 5-diamond resorts such as the Fontainebleau Hilton in Miami Beach, Florida, La Tche in Charlotte and the Don Cesar in Clearwater, Florida.
