IMC Resort Services, Inc. is a locally owned and operated, professional association management company serving Hilton Head Island and Bluffton, SC since 1998. We provide residential and commercial association management as well as maintenance services to our clients. As one of the largest association management companies in the area, we are fully staffed to handle all your needs.
Late in 2009, IMC Resort Services, Inc. became an Accredited Association Management Company (AAMC). Ten (10) of our managers have achieved their designation as a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA), two (2) managers have achieved the designation of Association Management Specialist (AMS) and one (1) manager has achieved the designation of Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM). Please be aware, if your call is not of an emergency nature (question about your account, request for property information, parking request, etc.) please refrain from calling the manager on call. You may leave a message in the general voice mail and your call will be returned during the next business day.
