Ann and John Allen have been building top quality custom homes in the Charleston area for the past 22 years. Ann was elected as a lifetime member of the Board of Directors of the Charleston Trident Home Builders Association, having served in 2000 as its first woman President, and was selected “Builder of the Year 2000”. The company is a member of the Charleston Trident Home Builders Association, the South Carolina Home Builders Association, where Ann served on the Board of Directors in 2000, and the National Association of Home Builders, as well as the Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce, where John serves on the Developer’s Council, and the Berkeley County Chamber of Commerce.

Ann is the President of Allen Custom Homes, LLC and involves herself personally from the inception to the completion of every project. She communicates directly with the architect and customer on all aspects of the job and assists in choosing materials, colors and/or designs, if requested. Quality control is strictly enforced to ensure that only quality workmanship and the best materials are used in each home. The end goal is to ensure that each home exceeds expectations.

Follow-up is a routine practice and customer satisfaction is guaranteed.
