It dosen't matter if you bought your bike from us, another bicycle shop, Wal Mart, Kmart, on line etc. Dosen't matter if your a fixie rider, mountain biker, down hiller, BMX, road rider. The Myrtle Beach area has spoken. A big THANK YOU to everyone who voted for us during the Best Of the Beach on WMBF NEWS. Your what makes our cycling community so great. Mary and Tim are proud of the cyclist that visit us and support the store on a regular basis.

One "Car-Free" WeekendMary and I know the pain of paying high gas prices. We understand how discouraging it can be to load the family into the car for a weekend get- away only to be faced with high gas prices.

So we decided to try a car-free weekend to see if it could be done. There were the trips back and forth to work, to the grocery store for 5 bags of groceries, and to the movie theater on Saturday night.

We also rode through Murrells Inlet along the bike path to Huntington State Park Beach, even stopping for ice cream on the way home. To the right are some photos taken during that week end.
