It's hard to imagine, but, we are now solidly into the third quarter of 2010. It seems like only last week it was our "Peak Season" andwe were seeing many of our loyal clients who were entrusting us with the important task of completing their 2009 tax return. Based on our current numbers, we experienced an increase in returns completed for the seventeenth consecutive tax season. I am happy to report that we exceeded 2000 returns. That gives us a cummulative total approaching 25,800 returns since beginning our practice. What a wonderful business we are in that allows us such growth, but we never for one minute want to rest on our laurels. We realize these growth figures are the result of doing a good job for our clients and we only want to get better in that area. That is why we are in the process of getting the latest most up to date information as it pertains to completing returns for our great clients.
Jim attended a S.C. Tax Conucil meeting back in June and obtained much valuable information. Also, Jim, Lynn, and Matt recently attended an IRS Tax Forum that brings together tax professionals throughout the United States for a 3 day rigorous seminar conducted by the IRS and their national business partner organizations. Add to that professional associations with the National Association of Tax Professionals, EnrolledAgents, and S.C. Tax Council and you get a winning combination of doing business with knowledgeable and professional individuals who are serious about providing an accurate return and always at a fair price. Rest assured that we will continue to study and be trained to reach that end result for the upcoming tax year.
