Dr Paul Burt

We would like to welcome Dr Paul Burt to Carolina Eyecare! Dr Burt has been a practicing optometrist in York Co. since 2003. Dr Burt graduated Cum Laude from Indiana University in 1997 and then earned his Doctorate in Optometry also from the University of Indiana, graduating with honors.
Dr Burt completed additional training at Indiana University Eyecare Clinics, Veterans Administration Hospital in Indianapolis, and with the Indiana Eye Surgeons Clinic also in Indianapolis.
Dr Burt recently joined Carolina Eyecare and evaluates and treats most eye diseases including Glaucoma, Age Related Macular Degeneration, Diabetic Eye Disease and Dry Eye to name just a few.
Dr Burt enjoys Contact Lens fittings and Eyeglass examinations for all ages.

Dr. Nelson is one of the most experienced Cataract & Multifocal Implant Surgeons in the entire Charlotte area, and the only one in York County who is certified to implant all of the available Premium Lenses.
