MLS listings are updated daily using the Charleston Trident Association of Realtors MLS Broker Reciprocity listings database.

The French Quarter lies between Broad and Cumberland Streets and Meeting and East Bay Streets. Many art galleries line the tree laden streets. Cobblestones make Chalmers Street one of the most picturesque in the City. The homes in this area are lovely and many are very old.

Downtown Charleston encompasses most of the peninsula. There are many boroughs and neighborhoods included in the Downtown area some are included under this category others are listed separately. The main shopping and tourism areas are King St., Market St., Meeting St., East Bay St., and Broad St.
