Our treatment philosophy focuses on providing individualized attention, great treatment results, and affordable prices in a friendly, low-key environment.
We are small by design. Our team is comprised of Dr. Waters, his wife/office manager Johanna, his chairside assistant of five years, Courtney Johnson; and Karen Petty who joined our front desk in the summer of 2008.
What Sets Us Apart
Dr. Waters enjoys providing most of the patient care himself. He likes talking and spending time with each patient to ensure that they are well informed and have ample time to ask questions.
Not only do we welcome parents in the treatment area, we encourage it. This allows good communication and fosters their understanding and awareness of their child's treatment plan.
We go out of our way to make ourselves accessible out of the office as well. Patients can always reach us after normal business hours. We welcome their calls should questions or problems arise. While understanding what to expect eliminates most issues, knowing that they can easily get help is comforting.
