Christian Academy continues to experience God's blessings through the recent purchase of 30 acres. Christian Academy is finalizing building plans and anticipates construction to be completed the summer of 2011.

Christian Academy’s total program is built with God’s Word at the core. Whether it be in Bible class or in any of the core academic subjects, the centrality of God’s Word within the academic program helps students develop their speaking, reading, writing and higher level thinking skills on a daily basis. Our prayer is that as young people fuse their faith with learning, their faith will become even stronger and that they will leave this place better equipped to give back to our world in the name of Jesus Christ.

Christian Academy’s academic program is designed with the mission of providing “academic excellence in a Christ-centered environment.” Certified teachers utilize a variety of instructional strategies to facilitate individual learning at the highest level. We are proud that all of our graduates have attended the undergraduate colleges and universities of their choice.

Christian Academy strives to develop the whole person, their mind, body and soul. Between 2008 and 2009, the school brought home three State Championship banners. Our Varsity athletes have received numerous All-Region, All State, Most Valuable Player and State Player of the Year honors. At this time, after only two years of playing Varsity sports, two of our former athletes are playing basketball at the Division II level in college.

Christian Academy offers Music and Art. A school-wide annual Art and Talent show is held where students can showcase their various talents and Christmas musical productions are held that include a variety of opportunities for drama, instrumental and vocal music, work with sets, etc.

Teaching and learning are valued within the Christian school because of the underlying belief that excellence honors God.

Christian Academy is so much more than a school, its our family. We have been blessed to have our three children in this amazing environment for the past two years after moving to Myrtle Beach. Having friends at school that they pray with and study the Bible with adds a deeper element to their friendships. CA has so many things to offer the students in every facet of growth from academic, physical and spiritual. Our children have been able to participate in varsity sports, Worship Arts, the Math Olympics, yearbook staff and so many more activities. Each thing that they are involved in brings us closer to other families and has helped us build relationships. Our children all entered new areas of school this year with Mackenzie in high school, Bennett in middle school and Emme in first grade. They all adjusted so easily because they knew their teachers and friends already. Having them in a school that nurtures their whole being is priceless. We believe there is no other school like Christian Academy anywhere!
