Fairview Builders, LLC primarily specializes in the construction of custom homes in the 3,000-square-foot to 6,000-square-foot range. In addition to luxury-home building and lot engineering, the company has a full-service division that handles repairs and maintenance for hundreds of homes in the four luxury golf communities (among others) located within 10 minutes of Fairview Builders offices. We are known for our excellent project management skills and for outstanding communication between the owner and the builder. The value of these two aspects of building is critical to complete a pleasant and successful project. Fairview also builds a limited number of spec houses for investors, and for lot owners who can only realize the full value of their lot by selling it with a house either under construction or completed.
Fairview Builders is so familiar with the many lots available throughout the region that they are often called upon to connect brokers to sellers, to work with both groups to improve the curb appeal of lots for sale or to improve lots that will be built upon in the future.
