Brian Connolly is the owner/ operator of Inspection Services and has lived in the York County area for 24 years. After retiring from more than 30 years of Manufacturing Engineering & Management and Technical Sales positions, Brian started his home inspection business in 2004. His affiliation with a National Home Inspection firm has provided him with the training, tools and backup to perform inspections within the guidelines of the State of South Carolina, the NACHI and ASHI standards. The results of these inspection are presented to the client both verbally during a post inspection walk-around and with an accurate, fair and balanced computerized report, including digital photographs. The reports can be delivered as an emailed document or a printed hard copy within 1 day of inspection (see sample inspection report).
Brian also trained in mold and allergen surveys and sampling, radon inspection and energy audits for evaluating energy efficiencies and recommending improvements. We work closely in cooperation with several Business Trade Partners.
Inspection Services is a member of the Piedmont Regional Association of Realtors, Lake Wylie Chamber of Commerce, York County Regional Chamber and the Piedmont Association of Home Inspectors.
