These are stories told in Gullah by Mr. Reeves, a Charlestonian, which are mostly humorous. Mr. Reeves provides background for his stories and some explanation as to the social, historical, and economic conditions of the time period. Very entertaining

CD contains fifty-six spirituals from the Carolina Low Country performed by three generations of an amateur family singing group, the Society for the Preservation of Spirituals (Spiritual Society).
