Environmental Solutions and Service (ESS) is a full service indoor environmental consultant company with certified indoor environmentalist on staff. We specialize in Air Conditioning Maintenance and Indoor Air Quality Management, in commercial and residential markets. We are also a factory direct distributor of air filters.

ESS routinely performs indoor environmental assessments. We offer our services strictly as a third party consultant. Our approach is based on engineering practices and guidelines. We believe in utilizing our experience and expertise to diagnose the problem and suggest the corrective action. We only conduct samples when we find evidence of mold / fungi, or volatile organic gases (VOCS) existing within the property or to prove the property is clean. Our techniques allow us to determine the cause, evaluate the problem, suggest corrective action and give recommendations to ensure that the problem does not reoccur. This approach allows us to effectively assess an environmental concern at an economical price. This is pretty big talk for an environmental consulting company, but would you want or expect anything less if its your property?
