Atlantic Real Estate Incorporated was organized in 1997 as a full service Real Estate and Rental company. The owners, Don Brashears and Glenn Waters, have extensive property management experience dating back to 1985. They saw a need for quality, low cost, effective management services on Hilton Head and built a company that now ranks at, or near the top in the number of long-term properties managed.

Leveraging the knowledge gained from managing a diversified property portfolio, they are considered experts on rental/investment property purchases and sales. Atlantic has a full staff of sales executives to serve this growing segment of buyers as well as serving the island's residential customers. The company currently has three offices. The main office is located at 19 Pope Avenue, Executive Park Road; the second, on site at the Hilton Head Resort complex on Rt. 278; and the third, at The Spa on Port Royal Sound, located in Beach City Road.
