Our full-time, inside sales staff of eight, offer customer care in our retail showroom and provide professional customer service to educate and facilitate our customers decisions in their countertop selection process. CCT operates from two 30,000 sq ft warehouses stocked with a full compliment of natural stone slabs available for customer viewing and selection. Additionally, we maintain inventory in such desirable materials as Silestone by Cosentino the USs leading natural quartz surface, marble and other exotic natural stones. We adapted to, and employ state-of-the-art manufacturing technology, ensuring efficient and precise fabrication. Our use of CNC routers and water jet cutting equipment has dramatically increased our output and our capacity to offer unsurpassed service on individual custom projects as well as large scale volume projects. Our significant investment in advanced fabrication technology has elevated CCT above local competitors that continue to fabricate countertops using hand tools. CCT employs manages and directs 15 professional installation teams. From deposit to installation, our lead-time of 7 10 days stands as the benchmark of service in the markets we serve.
