We use a citrus-based solution that is non-toxic and biodegradable. This solution kills mold, mildew and removes automotive carbons and pollutants however, it will not harm the surrounding vegetation, animals or occupants. Our custom made solution contains surfactants that rejuvenate the original luster of vinyl siding, and polymers that help windows rinse clean and clear.

We do not use any high pressure on exterior cleaning. All of our equipment and attachments are perfectly matched and pressure tested from the pumps to the spray tips. We can precisely adjust the pressure and volume from 3500 psi to 100 psi within seconds (the average garden hose is about 90 psi). High pressure cleaning is only necessary for concrete.
