The Island Funeral Home & Crematory has been providing compassionate, personalized funeral services for families in Hilton Head Island, SC and the lowcountry since 1981. Our funeral home was founded by Allen and Nancy Richardson. To fully serve all client needs, the first on-site crematory was added in 1983. Their daughter Sheri joined the business in 1992 as a licensed funeral director, and today she runs the business with Allen. While the team has grown by adding a few more staff members over the years, the original family traditions of personalized care and attentive service carry on today. Our staff of licensed funeral directors are here to help with any needs you may have for funerals, cremations, memorial services, or pet cremation services.

With our two family-owned cremation facilities, you can rest assured knowing your loved one is continually in our care through the whole process. The cremation can be done after traditional viewing and ceremonies, or can be done before memorial services take place. The options are endless.
