Woodalls was established over forty years ago in 1966 when my father, Gordon E. Woodall, started what was then known as Woodalls Painting and Cleaning in North Charleston, South Carolina. Under my fathers strict direction and supervision, I worked for the family business from the time I was a teenager in school up until adulthood. Through his own example, my father instilled in me his excellent work ethic.
It was a very successful business my father handed over to me upon his semi-retirement in 1994. By that time, the business had expanded tremendously, both in size and areas of expertise. We are now a very successful company specializing in industrial lead abatement and special coatings. I incorporated the business in 1998 and the company name was officially changed to Woodalls Construction, Sandblasting & Painting, Inc.
In 2007, Justin Moore, a Citadel graduate with a degree in Business Administration, joined Woodall's Construction, Sandblasting & Painting, Inc. In 2008 Justin became a vested partner and Vice President of the company. He oversees all safety and field operations. With this new asset, Woodall's has taken steps to provide safer and more efficient service for our customers.
Woodalls prides itself in providing quality services at competitive prices. Our areas of expertise include steel shot blasting, industrial sandblasting, industrial concrete floor coatings, hydro-blasting, industrial painting with a new commercial painting division starting in 2010. We utilize state of the art equipment and maintain an excellent safety record. We are compliant with all state and federal safety regulations and are licensed, insured, and bonded.
