Kroeger Marine Construction Company has excelled for 23 years in experience and quality in marine related construction including boat dock building, erosion control and boat lifts. Servicing satisfied clients on Lake Keowee, Lake Hartwell, Lake Jocassee, Lake Thurmond and Lake Bowen, the company has recently combined the sales office and the production facility into a much larger location. We are now located on Hwy 28 towards Walhalla at 2313 Blue Ridge Boulevard. Our new facility has allowed us to increase production and better service our valued customers.

We offer a Signature Series and aluminum dock, with a variety of roof styles including Gable, Hip, Hip and a half, and Sundecks. We produce single and double slip residential floating docks, as well as community and commercial grade floating docks. We also have many different decking options available for all of our docks.

FINANCING AVAILABLE: We have teamed up with Palmetto Bank in Seneca SC to provide financing options for boat docks and erosion control. Please call with any questions. We now have two new display docks for sale a Signature Hip 1/2 with (2) 10x24 boat slips, 12 wide side (40x28 overall dimension) and 4x60 arched ramp. This dock is located on the Southern end of Lake Hartwell. This dock is Burnished Slate in color with IPE Hardwood decking. The second dock is a Wahoo Cat 5 Aluminum Sundeck. This dock has a 10x26 boat slip with a 12 wide side. Total dock is under roof with a 18x30 sundeck and shed panels. The sundeck is located on site at our office. All dock types can be viewed on our website.

I would like to take this opportunity to let you know that we are very pleased with the work and finished appearance. Roy did an excellent job of understanding our objectives as related to the "look" we desired. During his first on-site visit, he made several valuable suggestions regarding tree removal, sculpting, and beach location. Clearly, he understood the factors required to accomplish the goal. Subsequently, through additional meetings, he continued helping us. Frank and his colleagues (Jeff, Fred, and Irby) also did an outstanding job. Frank willingly spent time with us meshing his ideas with ours. He was constantly trying to please us and at the same time, guiding us toward an outstanding finished product. He and his crew turned an eroded uneven shoreline into an eye-pleasing effective shore barrier. While doing their jobs, the mean were conscientious, careful and courteous.
